While I wait for your much appreciated guidance/help, I have created a github repo to showcase what I have done so far while trying to build Open Harmony 5.1 for a 'standard' system.

- I was able to build version 3.2 by improvising the outdated docker tutorial at
https://docs.openharmony.cn/pages/v5.1/en/device-dev/get-code/gettools-acquire.md

- The docker file for 3.2 build is in the folder 'docker_old'

- The newer docker file is in the 'docker' folder for building 5.1 build
