信息同步：

（1） 社区主干已经例行部署流水线看护版本质量，可以支撑南向厂商进入主干前的兼容性测试诉求；

（2） 计划11月30同步发布到LTS3.0分支，并打新tag点，支撑厂商兼容性认证使用；
